This email to express my indignation about the way I was treated by Turkish airlines. I had ticket number 2351402001181/1.
I was coming from Kinshasa to go to Marrakech via Istanbul. The flight from Kinshasa left with 2 hours of delay which meant that we had very little time to make the connection. Being in business, I managed to take this flight but my suitcase did not follow. I filed a claim to get my suitcase back and I got it the next day on the flight of June 7th. I was supposed to take the return flight on June 11. When I was checking in, the stewardess told me that my ticket was cancelled because I did not take the flight from Istanbul to Marrakech and asked me to approach the Turkish airlines office, which I did.
At the Turkish Airlines office, the two agents there (a man and a woman), after I explained the situation, called me a liar and asked me to prove that I had taken the flight from Istanbul to Marrakech. I showed them the boarding pass, the claim I had made for the loss of my luggage and the Moroccan immigration stamp which showed that I had arrived on the 6th, but nothing helped. They ask me to pay 260$ to get a new ticket. Very very angry, I did it. I demand not only a refund but an apology from Turkish Airlines for the way you treat your passengers. You made a mistake and you blame the customer? I have never seen this since I have been traveling.
