We arrived on time in Lisbon, but due to a strike of security agents we couldn’t clear in time the passport control and we missed our connection to Nice.
Our flight had to be rerouted from TAP to KLM through Amsterdam.
We finally arrived in Nice around Midnight . We should have arrived at 11.40 AM. 12 hours late..
Our luggages were lost for several days.
I am Carol King, arrived in St. Maarten on the 16th of January2022 where 1 piece of my luggage was missing. I finally received bag on the 8th Feb. 2022 where my Apple Laptop and other items were missing. In trying to make claim I have been getting a ran around. It is very frustrating when the link that was sent to make claims is not working.
On 6April we would fly to Nairobi Kenia, we were informed on 25 March that the flight was cancelled.
We could departure one day early, 5 April and we incurred extra cost for this day extra.
