  1. The first flight was delayed coming into Dubrovnik. This connecting flight left the gate and we were left to wait for whatever flight could be arranged. Finally we were told there is a flight to Vienna! This flight was supposed to leave at 17:50 and it did not leave until 20:25! Arriving in London 22:40 approximately.
    Entire day ruined, missed business meeting. Original arrival time was 16:05 in London, over 6 hours later!
