Dear Sir or Madam,
due to a massive delay ( more than 4 hours due to a technical problem) of my flight from Hong Kong to Bankok I wasn´t able to catch my connecting flight, so I had to take antoher Cathay Pacific Flight ( CX 289) to Frankfurt which was also delayed. From Frankfurt I was finally able to catch a flight to Vienna and arrived almost 5 hours later at my destination which caused a lot of problems for me. I also have to point out that the ground staff was very unfriendly – they didn´t tell me what´s going on for almost one hour. After that I finally got my new arrangements. There was no sorry, no explanation.. it was very disappointing. I want to add that the stuarts in the plane were very friendly and helpful, but the ground staff especially Mrs Winnie Fung was not nice at all.

Six hours on the tarmac at LGW then a coach to Heathrow. Flight to Hong Kong then a stop over in a hotel before the connecting flight the following morning. Almost a day later than scheduled . Plus I missed a booked taxi and lost one nights paid accommodation in Cebu.
