  1. My name is Stefano Atilio Vanoni Caamano; Passport from Italy #YA0394075; I flew from Tampa (US) To Reykjavik (KEF)on Monday 8th of April in the flight FI884. I bought this plane ticket with more than two months of anticipation. My final destination with you was Amsterdam where the flight FI500 of the 09 of April should had take me. But non of these happened, and i lost the wedding i att
    empted to go.
    – Iceland Air randomly delayed my flight to Reykjavik from Tampa, i said ok i still can make and you will reconnect my flight to Amsterdam (to catch my other plane from KLM to Florence, Flight KL1643 09 of April)
    – I arrive late to Reykjavik and instead of reconnect my flight directly you guys sent me to OSLO, NORWAY in the flight SK 4788 , at that point i tried to solve the problem but was impossible. i knew i lost my other flight which i could still make it if you sent me to Amsterdam. but i had to wait more hours (8 hours)that i imagine in Oslo.
    – Finally arrived to Amsterdam around 21:00 had to buy another plane ticket for next morning + luggage (276 Euros to be exactly), i lost (286 .06 euros ) from my original ticket.
    – I really had big expectation flying in Iceland Air, the planes were really nice and the service inside the plane fantastic, how they solved my problem and and the extra money i had to pay, still don’t know.
    – Hopefully you can help me in any ways or solutions, oh, and btw they called me the day of my flight to tell me that it was cancelled, and they move my return flight wanted to sent me to Orlando and some other stuff. Please i need your help, i lost money, i spent more and didn’t make it to my main purpose here in Europe.
